Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed 25 October 2026
TadaFile should be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on every page and in every tool.
What you can expect
- Keyboard: every tool can be used without a mouse, including picking a color from an image (arrow keys and Enter), placing censor boxes, positioning text and reordering images.
- Screen readers: controls have names, progress and results are announced, and image previews are labeled.
- Skip link: the first key press on any page offers to skip straight to the tool.
- Zoom and small screens: pages work at 400% zoom and on screens 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
- Touch: buttons, sliders and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
- High contrast and motion: selected options stay visible in Windows high-contrast mode, and animations are reduced when your device asks for less motion.
- Languages: every tool is available in 10 languages, and each page declares its language for screen readers.
How we test
All 129 tools are checked automatically with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 A and AA, both empty and with an image loaded. The same checks walk every page with the Tab key to confirm focus is always visible and never trapped, measure touch targets, and test the layout at 320 pixels wide. Keyboard-only walkthroughs cover the skip link, search, language menu, color picker, censor boxes and text positioning. We also check pages in high-contrast mode and with increased text spacing.
Known limitations
- We have not yet completed a full manual review with every major screen reader. If something is hard to use with yours, please tell us.
- Image previews are described by what the tool does ("Preview of your image with the current settings"), not by what the photo shows.
- The page text on privacy, terms and this statement is in English only for now.
