Every message is read, but replies can take a few days.
Bugs and feature requests
You can also open an issue on GitHub, where you can follow progress and see what others have asked for.
To help fix a problem quickly, please include:
- the tool's name or its page address;
- your device, browser and its version (for example "Android, Chrome 141");
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Please don't send photos that contain personal information. The tools never need your files to be fixed, and the steps are usually enough.
