Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use TadaFile (the "site"), run by Aditya Nalawade in India. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

The site offers free image tools that run in your web browser. You don't need an account. Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time.

Your images and content

• You keep all rights to the files you open and create, and we claim no rights to them. Tools that run in your browser never send us your files. The document tools marked “Uses our server” process your file only to produce your result, then delete it.
• Only edit images you have the right to use, and don't use the site for anything illegal, to infringe other people's rights, or to create content that harasses, deceives or harms others.
• You are responsible for how you use the files you create.

Check results before you rely on them

• AI background removal, compression and conversion results vary from image to image. Check every result before you use it.
• Blur and pixelation can sometimes be partly reversed on small text. To hide sensitive information such as ID numbers, use the solid black bar in the censor tool.
• For photos and documents with official requirements (passports, applications, exams), check the requirements of the organization you are submitting to. The presets on this site are a starting point, not a guarantee of acceptance.

Open source

The site's code is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), and the source code is public. It includes third-party components under their own licenses, which are listed in the source code. These terms do not limit your rights under those licenses.

Copyright and name

The site's code, design and text are © 2026 Aditya Nalawade. The AGPL-3.0 lets you copy and change the code, as long as you share your version's source under the same license. It does not give you the name or identity of this site. Under section 7 of the license:

• Copies and modified versions may not use the name “TadaFile” or its former name “Image Toolbox”, its logo or this site's domain, and may not present themselves as this site or as connected to it.
• Modified versions must be clearly marked as changed, and must keep the copyright and license notices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aditya Nalawade is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or files, arising from your use of the site. Keep a copy of your original images.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
