This tool uses our server. Your file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted as soon as the result comes back. It is never stored or shared. How files are handled

PowerPoint to PDF turns PowerPoint presentations into a PDF that looks the same on every device and is ready to email, print or upload to a portal. It accepts PPT, PPTX or ODP. Each slide becomes one PDF page. The conversion uses LibreOffice on our server: your file is sent over an encrypted connection and deleted as soon as the PDF comes back.

Questions

Will my PDF look exactly like the original?

For most documents, yes. Rare fonts that aren't installed on the server are replaced by similar ones, and some very complex layouts can shift slightly. Check the PDF before sending it.

Are animations and videos kept?

No. A PDF shows each slide as a still page, so animations, transitions and embedded videos are left out.

Is my file uploaded?

Yes. This tool needs our server, so the file is sent over an encrypted connection, processed, and deleted as soon as the result is sent back. It is never stored, shared or looked at. Most other tools on this site run entirely in your browser.

Is there a size limit?

Files can be up to 30 MB. Very large or complex files can take up to a couple of minutes.
