Whiteout PDF
Cover parts of a PDF page with white boxes, then type over them if you like. Free, and it runs on your device.
Whiteout PDF works like correction tape: drag over a wrong date, an old price or a line you don't want to show, and a white box covers it. Add new text on top with the Text tool to make a correction. If the page is not white, pick a color that matches it. Whiteout only covers content; the original text stays in the file and can still be copied or found by a search. To remove private information for good, use Redact PDF. Everything happens inside your browser, so the document never leaves your device.
