Is it safe to print my Wi-Fi password?
Anyone who scans the code can join the network, just as if you told them the password. Use a guest network for public places.
Which security type do I choose?
WPA/WPA2/WPA3 for almost every modern router. WEP only for very old ones; Open for networks without a password.
Does the QR code expire?
No. The information is inside the code itself, not on a server, so it works as long as the details stay correct.
Is my information stored?
No. The QR code is made in your browser and nothing you type leaves your device.
