Add Text to Image
Write captions or titles on a photo with your choice of font, size, color, outline and background box.
Add Text to Image places one or more lines of text on a picture. Drag the text to any spot on the preview, or place it at the top, center or bottom, and style it with seven fonts, bold or italic, alignment, opacity, a drop shadow, an outline and a colored background box. The text is drawn onto the full-resolution image when you download it.

Questions
How do I make text readable on a busy photo?
Turn on Outline and choose a color that contrasts with the text, or enable Background box to put a solid or semi-transparent box behind it. A drop shadow also helps on bright areas.
Can I add more than one text block?
The tool adds one text block, which can have several lines. To add text in a second place, download the result, open it again and add the next text.
Which fonts can I use?
You can choose from seven fonts. Most of them are system fonts, so if one is not installed on your device, the browser uses a similar font instead.
Will the text look sharp in the downloaded image?
Yes. The text is drawn at the full resolution of your image. If you save as JPG, use a high quality setting to keep the letter edges clean.
