Reduce Image Noise
Remove grain and color speckles from night and phone photos while keeping edges sharp. Free, on your device.
Reduce Image Noise cleans up the grain and colored speckles that appear in photos taken in low light or with high ISO. It measures how noisy your photo is and suggests settings to match, so clean photos are barely touched. Grain and color speckles have separate controls, and edges stay sharp while flat areas are smoothed. A side-by-side view at 100% shows the result where noise is actually visible.

Questions
Will it make my photo look plastic?
Not with the suggested settings: they are tuned so photos come out closer to a clean original, not smoother than it. Very strong settings can smooth fine texture like grass or fabric, which the 100% view shows.
What causes noise?
Low light. Small phone sensors and high ISO settings add grain and colored speckles, especially in shadows.
Why are there two noise controls?
Color speckles can be removed strongly without losing detail, while brightness grain needs a gentler touch to keep texture.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. It's processed on your device and never leaves it.
