Image Annotator
Add arrows, boxes, circles, text, highlights and numbered steps to a screenshot or photo. Free, and it runs on your device.
Image Annotator lets you mark up a screenshot or photo to explain something: point with arrows, frame areas with rectangles or ellipses, draw freehand, highlight text, add labels and numbered steps for instructions. Choose the color and thickness, move or delete any mark, and undo or redo. Marks are sized to the picture, and the download is full resolution as PNG or JPG.
